Victorious in Grand Prix and Nations Cups

Offspring successful in 1.60m show jumping competitions

Chac Boy’s offspring are led by his daughter Chactula PS, who has already been successful in 1.60m show jumping competitions with the two-time team World Champion Gerco Schröder/NED. And then there are BS Chaccalina/Lovisa Stintzing/SWE, Chac Balandro PS/Patrick Crawshaw Pellin/BRA, Chalasanga PS/Christian Marni/ITA, Chacdiamo PS/Patrick Stühlmeyer, Chad Calypso PS/Rossen Raytchev/BUL, and Chalina’s Clou PS/Cassio Rivetti/BRA. His licensed son Chacwood PS/Bruno Passaro/ARG is successful in the international Youngster Tour. Chac Boy’s offspring are highly sought-after. At the Hof Kasselmann & Schockemöhle Hybrid Auction, Carepetit PS was the top price, selling for €285,000. At the Schockemöhle Show Jumping Horse Online Auctions, Chactula was the top price with a final bid of €130,000 and her full brother Chac Boy’s Royce achieved a knockdown price of €101,000.

Chac Boy won Nations Cups and Grand Prix competitions under his sport name Exelero with Nicola Pohl/GER. Ridden by Cian O’Connor/IRL, he finished eighth in the top show jumping competition of the district of Aachen at the CHIO Aachen.

His sire Chacco-Blue was third in the Grand Prix in Aachen, won the Grand Prix in Neumünster, was number one in the WBFSH ranking of the world’s best show jumping sires for six years in a row from 2017, was second in 2023 and 2024 and now stands in third place. From a breeding perspective, the elite stallion produced Explosion W/Ben Maher/GBR, Olympic Champion, individual silver and team bronze medallist at the European Championships and Global Champions Tour winner, Chanyon/Daisuke Fukushima/JPN, placed sixth at the Olympics, Chaqui Z/Shane Sweetnam/IRL, European Team Champion, Chacon/Eoin McMahon/IRL, placed second in the Nations Cup final and EIC Up Too Jacco Blue/Max Kühner/AUT, placed seventh in the World Cup final. Chacco-Blue produced the most offspring in almost all championships. He has produced well over 100 licensed stallions, including the current show jumping champion of the Westphalian licensing in Münster-Handorf.

His dam Tailormade Balonie was victorious in 1.50m show jumping competitions with Andreas Kreuzer and produced nine international show jumping horses, including Chac Boy’s full brother Chaccobeto, who was successful in show jumping competitions up to 1.60m with Emanuele Gaudiano/ITA and is now continuing his career with Elia Simonetti/ITA, as well as Tailormade Calimocho (by Casallco) and Tailormade Blue Ballon (by Chacoon Blue), who both took part in 1.50m show jumping competitions with Sören Pedersen/DEN.

His dam’s sire Baloubet du Rouet won the World Cup Final in 1998 with Rodrigo Pessoa/BRA and repeated this victory in 1999 and 2000. The pair finished the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney/AUS with the team bronze medal. Four years later, they crowned their joint career as Olympic gold medallists in the individual competition in Athens/GRE. The Selle Français chestnut by Galoubet also made a career as a sire. His offspring, registered in Germany alone, have won over €5.2 million, to which his licensed son Chaman/Ludger Beerbaum/GER has contributed more than €1.83 million. His breeding record includes almost 120 licensed stallions and more than 120 1.60m show jumping horses, such as the European Championship bronze medallist Dubai du Cedre/Julien Epaillard/FRA, VDL Bubalu/Jur Vrieling/NED, Sydney une Prince/Roger Yves Bost/FRA, Napoly Du Ry/Simon Delestre/FRA, AS Rahmannshof’s Bogeno/Alvaro Mirnada Neto/ESP and South Wind VDL/Cameron Hanely/IRL.

His grand-dam Alonie Z produced the 1.60 m show jumping horses Chaventyno/Todd Minikus/USA and Chacon (both by Chacco-Blue), who came eighth in the individual ranking and fifth with the team with Eoin McMahon/IRL at the 2021 European Championships in Riesenbeck. Chacon was also part of the Irish team that came second in the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona/ESP.

His great-grand-dam Philonie was placed in intermediate (M) level show jumping competitions with Christian Ahlmann. She produced the licensed stallion Kilot (by Kannan) and the advanced (S) level show jumping horse Quick Ball (by Quick Star)/Toni Stormanns.
