Numerous top horses come from this line
Like a carbon copy. For Wingman van de Pitsemburg, it is not only his striking markings that are reminiscent of his sire Ermitage Kalone, who is already considered an elite stallion and BWP ambassador. Wingman van de Pitsemburg also grows wings on show jumping courses, as his name suggests. At his licensing in Zangersheide and his stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf, it was easy to see: here is a king of the skies in the making, for whom nature has set no limits, which is certainly also due to his performance-saturated dam line.
His sire Ermitage Kalone is placed amongst the best couples in the world rankings with his rider Gilles Thomas/BEL. In 2024, he qualified for the Olympic final in Paris/FRA. The following year, he secured gold with the Belgian team and bronze in the individual ranking at the European Championships in A Coruña/ESP, with five clear rounds. He was part of the team that came second in the Global Champions Tour Super Cup in Prague/CZE. He has produced almost 20 licensed stallions, including the two Belgian licensing winners Ultra Star JM and Vitalis JS Van Het Hagenbroek. His first offspring are proving themselves in the international Youngster Tour.
His dam Waranka is the half sister of Uno (by Fuego du Prelet), who won the Grand Prix in Donetsk/UKR, came second in the World Cup show jumping competition in Moscow/RUS, third in the Grand Prix in Wellington/USA and Bremen/GER and seventh in the Championships in Basel/SUI with Katharina Offel/UKR and Sergio Alvarez Moya/ESP. Waranka also produced the licensed stallion Lancelot van de Heffinck (by Diamant de Semilly), who was successful in 1.40m show jumping competitions, the fantastic show jumping horses Jaque Mate (by Caspar aka Berlin; 1.50m SJ), Chapon de Heffinck (by Cabrio van de Heffinck; 1.40m SJ) and Oscar van het Breehof (by Kakka van den Heffinck; 1.40m SJ) as well as the young show jumping horse Splendid (by Kafka van de Heffinck).
His dam's sire is Quidam de Revel’s son Quite Easy, who began his career in Sweden, where he became Youngster Champion and later Vice Champion at the Swedish Championships. With his rider Peter Eriksson/SWE, he also achieved numerous placings in international competitions. In terms of breeding, he has produced over 30 licensed stallions, led by the Grand Prix winner Quadam/Leslie Burr-Howard/USA, the World Cup finalist Que Pasa and the Nations Cup winner Aleqs, as well as Veron VDL and Quinta Real. Over 30 of his offspring were successful in 1.60m show jumping and five-star eventing competitions, placing Quite Easy amongst the world's best show jumping sires as well as the world's best eventing sires in the WBFSH ranking.
His grand-dam Agrienda is the half sister of the licensed stallion Balougran Z (by Baloubet du Rouet)/Luiz Felipe de Azevedo/BRA, who was successful in show jumping competitions up to 1.50m. Her half sister Agonara (by Cento) also produced the World Championship show jumping horse Calcento JRA (by Calvaro Z)/Koki Saito/JPN and Mylento (by Mylord Carthago), who was placed in 1.50m show jumping competitions. Her half sister Agranuet (by Baloubet du Rouet) is the dam of four 1.60m show jumping horses: Chagrannus (by Chacco-Blue)/Bruce Goodin/NZL, Corbanus (by Corrado I)/Emanuele Gaudiano/ITA, Veneno (by Chacco-Blue)/Donald Whitaker/GBR and Action Bellevue PS (by Action-Breaker)/Robin Muhr/ISR. Her half sister Agronda (by Balou du Rouet) produced Silver Shine (by Califax), who was highly placed in the Grand Prix, Nations Cups and high-profile show jumping competitions in Calgary/CAN, Lyon/FRA, Barcelona/ESP, Paris/FRA, Wellington/USA, Geneva/SUI and Aachen/GER with Martin Fuchs/SUI and Niklaus Schurtenberger/SUI. Agronda also produced the 1.50m show jumping horse HH Filounus (by Filou de Muze) and the mare La Bamba Z (by Lawito), who in turn produced the successful World Cup show jumping horse Chawalino PS (by Califax)/Jeronimo Gimenez Herrera/ARG.
His great-grand-dam Agrana is the full sister of the mare Argira, who produced the two 1.50m show jumping horses Chiwago (by Capitol I)/Armin Schäfer/GER and Corano (by Corrado I)/Alois Pollmann-Schweckhorst/GER
