His dam is the half sister of the licensed show jumping stallions Check In and Checkter

Vintage One, known by his sport name Vintage, is one of the most eye-catching jumpers of the international Youngster Tour. Ridden by Niels Bruynseels/BEL, he also won the Belgian Championships for seven-year-olds with flawless rounds. In 2024 and 2025, the top stallion, equipped with the very best abilities, competed in the World Championships for six- and seven-year-old show jumping horses.

His sire Vagabond de la Pomme, himself a son of the show jumping World Champion Vigo d'Arsouilles/Philippe Le Jeune/BEL, was highly successful with Pénélope Leprevost/FRA. In 2015 and 2016, he finished second and eighth in the World Cup finals in Los Angeles/USA and Gothenburg/SWE. He was also part of the French team placed seventh at the European Championships in 2017. In breeding, Vagabond de la Pomme has produced over 30 licensed stallions, such as Jenson van't Meulenhof/Niels Bruynseels/BEL, who came second in the Nations Cup final, and Jackson de Regor/Abdel Said/EGY, who was successful in Global Champions Tour competitions. The Olympic participant Major Tom/Rodrigo Pessoa/BRA leads the field of his sport offspring.

His dam Ilona is the half sister of the licensed and successful stallions Check In (by Cordalme Z; 1.60m SJ)/Samantha McIntosh/NZL and Checkter (by Cellestial; 1.55m SJ)/a.o. Leonie Böckmann/GER. The former took part in the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon/USA. Check In’s full brother Check Up took part in competitions up to the 1.55m, and his half sister Lavender Brown (by Lintoc) was victorious in the international Youngster Tour with Gilbert Böckmann.

His dam's sire Numero Uno, himself a son of the World Cup winner Libero H/Jos Lansink/BEL and out of the Holstein dam line 429, won his stallion performance test and was internationally successful with Marco Kutscher. His offspring include Sterrehof’s Tamino/Marc Houtzager/NED, Olympic team silver medallist and placed seventh in the World Cup final, Uno de la Roque/Francois Mathy Jr./BEL, winner of the Nations Cup in Calgary and eleventh in the World Cup final, Tyson/Leon Thijssen/NED, who won a series of Nations Cups, Cristello/Denis Lynch/IRL, winner of the Nations Cup final, as well as Van Gogh/Marco Kutscher/GER, winner of the Grand Prix in Los Angeles/USA, Valkenswaard/NED and Hong Kong/HKG. The latter two belong to the group of over 70 licensed stallions by Numero Uno. Due to his outstanding hereditary performance, Numero Uno was awarded the “preferent” title at the KWPN licensing in 2011, which is the highest award in the Netherlands. 

His grand-dam Ilonka was successful in 1.45m show jumping competitions under her sport name Lila, after taking part in the 2005 German Championships for six-year-old show jumping horses.

His great-grand-dam Ila is the half sister of the licensed stallion Carvazzo (by Cordalme Z; 1.35m SJ) and the 1.40m show jumper Lordi (by Lord Pezi).

His fourth dam Gilana or Böckmann's Lady Liberty (by Lord Liberty), as she was known in sport, won international show jumping competitions with Gilbert Böckmann/GER. Her half brother Corghano (by Cordalme Z; 1.55m SJ) was licensed and successful in international competitions with Max Kühner/AUT.

The stallions Cansmir Della Caccia (by Canturo), Knock Out van de Kalevallei (by Numero Uno; 1.50m SJ), Jumping Jack van de Kalevallei (by Kannan; 1.50m SJ), Highlander vd Kalevallei (by Kannan; 1.55m SJ), U Chin van Schuttershof (by Chin Chin; 1.55m SJ), Excess van Schuttershof (by Emerald van’t Ruytershof), D’Artagnan van Schuttershof (by Berlin), Anakin van Schuttershof (by Quintero), Célangelo Z (by Cornet Obolensky), Aragorn van Schuttershof (by Quintero), Kashmir van Schuttershof (by Nabab de Reve; 1.60m SJ) and numerous 1.60m show jumping horses, such as R-Gitana (by Looping), Panama (by Quattro B) and Luis (by Lord Pezi) also descend from the Hanoverian line of Norm.
