The licensing and stallion performance test reserve winner, dressage horse vice-champion
Feinsten 2023 secured silver at the Danish Dressage Horse Championships for four-year-olds in Randbøl/DEN with an incredible 91.0 percent. Under his rider Anne-Mette Strandby Hansen/DEN, the reserve winner of the Westphalian licensing and second stallion performance test reserve winner received top marks: 9.5 for canter and capacity, 9.2 for canter, 9.0 for rideability and 8.3 for walk.
Feinsten also impressed with his first foals. Highly noble types throughout with wonderfully elastic movements through the whole body.
His sire, the elite stallion Franklin, started his career as a KWPN champion stallion, stallion performance test winner in the Netherlands, finalist at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses and placed in the international Small Tour. Under Malin Wahlkamp-Nilsson/SWE, he has since added successes in the Grand Prix arena. 20 of his sons have been licensed, including the Grand Prix-successful Kaliber/Andrea Woodard/USA, the reserve winners Franklin's Love PS and Kadans, our Oldenburg State Championship bronze medal winner and Ic main premium winner Fair Deal, the winner of the Ravn's Trophy, Slangerupgaard's Flottenheimer, and the Swedish stallion performance test winner Knockando VH. The Louisdor Prize winner, the winner of the Aachen Nations' Cup and German Vice Champion, Fendi/Sönke Rothenberger, the international St. Georges-placed Elektra di Fonte Abeti/Juliette Ramel/SWE and the World Breeding Dressage Championships eighth-placed Francis Drake OLD/Leonie Richter also stand out from the crowd of sporty offspring.
The dam, St.Pr.St. Reykjavik, passed her mare performance test with the top score of 8.97 (rideability 10, trot and canter 9.5) and won tests for young riding horses. She also produced Vita Fleur (by Vitalis), who was successful in medium (M*) level dressage competitions.
Dam's sire Rock Forever I NRW was reserve champion at his licensing, won bronze and silver at the three- and four-year-old National Riding Horse Championships, was runner-up at the National Championships for five-year-old dressage horses and placed sixth at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses. In 2011, he came third in the final of the Nuremberg Burg Cup. In 2013, he took fifth place with Sophie Holkenbrink at the German Young Riders' Championships. This was followed by victories up to Grand Prix level. Rock Forever is also the dam's sire of our exceptional premium stallion and stallion performance test winner Viva Vegas.
The granddam St.Pr.St. Finja went to the final ring (9th) of the Westphalian Elite Mare Show in 2002. She also produced KK Segantini (by Silbermond), premium stallion at the Westphalian licensing in 2013 and sold for 111,000 euros at the Westphalian Elite Auction in 2015. Don Carlos (by Dali X) placed in the international small tour. Finja's daughter St.Pr.St. Dablina (by Dream On) competed in medium level dressage tests. Daughter La Royal W (by L'Espoir) produced a licensed stallion by Bonds and daughter St.Pr.St. Roxanne (by Rock Forever I) a licensed stallion by Vitalis as well as the St.Pr.mares Estelle and Etienne (both by Escolar), both second reserve winners at the Westphalian Elite Mare Show and Vice Westphalian Champion (2017 and 2018).
Florestan I and Parademarsch I follow in the pedigree.
The third dam, St.Pr.St. Patrice, is a full sister to the licensed stallion Paretti and a half-sister to the licensed stallions Pazifik (by Parvenü) and Freudentanz (by Frühlingsstern).
