Mecklenburg premium stallion from Escanto PS’ first generation of offspring

His half brother is Grey Tonic PS

His grand-dam Zantana RS2 OLD N.O.P. is successful in Grand Prix and has produced three stallions

“A large-framed stallion who embodies the modern riding horse type, with an impressive uphill conformation, and who particularly impressed here in all three paces. A stallion that moves with excellent balance and has a very correct conformation throughout his body. An almost perfect horse", commented Dr Thomas Nissen, praising our Epic Zone PS when he was honoured as a premium stallion in Mecklenburg.

Epic Zone PS comes from the first generation of offspring, of his sire Escanto PS, who secured the gold medal with dream scores of up to 10 (for trot and canter) at the German Championships for four-year-old stallions, having previously won the title of Oldenburg State Champion in a superior manner with his trainer Brandi Roenick/USA. In his stallion performance tests, he also prevailed against strong competition with top marks of 9.43 and 9.12. Escanto PS then made a winning debut in competitions for young dressage horses and qualified for the German Championships for young dressage horses. With his foals, he exceeded even the highest expectations, producing numerous show winners and auction highlights, including Easy to Love, who was sold for €40,000 at the Oldenburg Elite Auction, finalists at the German Foal Championships and the winning foal of the 40th Austrian Warmblood Championships, Escariano. For this, he won the Oldenburg Ia main premium in 2024.

His half brother is the premium stallion and stallion performance test winner Grey Tonic PS (by Grey Flanell), who was sold at our Schockemöhle Online Stallion Auction.

His dam’s sire Secret is the son of the triple World Champion and international winner up to Inter I, Sezuan, who is currently placed 16th in the WBFSH ranking of the world's best dressage sires as the youngest stallion. Secret won his 14-day test, the silver medal at the 2017 German Championships for young riding horses and also silver at the 2019 World Championships for five-year-old dressage horses. In 2020, he won the German Championships for six-year-old dressage horses with his rider Jessica Lynn Thomas/SWE. He has produced over 70 licensed stallions, including Segantini FRH, who was placed twice in the top ten at the World Championships for six- and seven-year-old dressage horses with Dorothee Schneider and qualified for the Burg Cup Final after previously winning the German Young Riding Horse Championships. The silver and bronze medals went to Secret's sons Alkaline/Merita Hagren/DEN and Severucci HT/Jeanna Hogberg/SWE at the World Championships for young dressage horses. Soxx secured gold in 2025 at the German and Westphalian Championships for three-year-old stallions. And there is the Vice German Young Horse Champion Sézane, the Vice German Young Horse Champion and Hanoverian Champion Sedamo K, as well as Snickers F, Vice German Young Riding Horse Champion, DSP Champion and Baden-Württemberg State Champion.

His grand-dam Zantana RS2 OLD N.O.P., the top price of our P.S.I.
