Dam Gancia de Muze won Nations Cup Final

Closely related to numerous internationally successful show jumping horses

 

Good genes never lie! And the powerful show jumper Chacco-Gan PS Z has extremely good genes. His sire Chacco-Blue’s quality is beyond any doubt and his dam is none other than Gancia de Muze, who was fourth in the World Ranking List with Niels Bruynseels/BEL.

His sire Chacco-Blue was third in the Grand Prix in Aachen, won the Grand Prix in Neumünster, was number one in the WBFSH ranking of the world’s best show jumping sires for six years in a row from 2017, was second in 2023 and 2024 and now stands in third place. From a breeding perspective, the elite stallion produced Explosion W/Ben Maher/GBR, Olympic Champion, individual silver and team bronze medallist at the European Championships and Global Champions Tour winner, Chanyon/Daisuke Fukushima/JPN, placed sixth at the Olympics, Chaqui Z/Shane Sweetnam/IRL, European Team Champion, Chacon/Eoin McMahon/IRL, placed second in the Nations Cup final and EIC Up Too Jacco Blue/Max Kühner/AUT, placed seventh in the World Cup final. Chacco-Blue produced the most offspring in almost all championships. He has produced well over 100 licensed stallions, including the current show jumping champion of the Westphalian licensing in Münster-Handorf.

Ridden by Niels Bruynseels/BEL, his dam Gancia de Muze won the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona/ESP, and was unbeatable in the Grand Prix competitions in Helsinki/FIN, 's-Hertogenbosch/NED, Brussels/BEL, Basel/SUI, St. Tropez/FRA and Cannes/FRA, as well as in the show jumping World Cup in Mechelen/BEL. In total, she has achieved over 20 victories in 1.50m to 1.60m show jumping competitions. Gancia de Muze’s daughter Louise van het Dalemhof (by Nabab de Rêve) produced the licensed stallion Gancio van 't Smisveld Z (by Gino H; 1.45m SJ)/Jens Vanderberk/BEL. 

His dam's sire Malito de Rêve holds the title of Ambassador of his Belgian studbook and is himself one of the sons of Cumano, Holstein World Champion, placed ninth at the Olympics and fourth at the European Championships with Jos Lansink/BEL. His dam El.St. Dira Courcelle (by Muguet du Manoir) was successful in show jumping competitions up to 1.40m with Carine Devos/BEL and also produced the two licensed stallions Pacino (by Diamant de Semilly)/Clement McMahon/IRL and Hermes de Rêve (by Quito de Baussy)/ Clement McMahon/IRL. Her son Malito de Rêve competed up to 1.40m with Dayro Arroyave/COL and sired top horses at a high frequency. He produced eight licensed stallions, including the two 1.50m show jumping horses Licardo di Magico and Hoptm de L'Abbaye. In sport, the Olympic show jumping horse Grand Cru van de Rozenberg/Jérôme Guery/BEL and Pilar Lucrecia Cordon/ESP, as well as Estoy Aqui de Muze HDC/Kevin Staut/FRA, who came second in the Nations Cup in Hickstead/GBR and third in the Nations Cup in Calgary/CAN, made a name for themselves. Malito de Rêve also appears on the dam's side of Sherlock, winner of the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona/ESP, with Harry Charles/GBR.

His grand-dam keur, prest Barones also produced the licensed stallion Homer de Muze (by Malito de Rêve)/Doron Kuipers/NED, who was placed in the top show jumping competitions in London/GBR, Monte Carlo/MON, and Amsterdam/NED. Her son Freestyle vd Wolfsakker (by Querlebet Hero)/Frank Schuttert/NED has also been licensed. Her daughter Isolde de Muze (by Nabab de Rêve) successfully competed in 1.50m show jumping. Barones’ daughter prest Kiss Me (by Concorde) produced the two licensed show jumping stallions Lux V (by Lux Z; 1.30m SJ) and Zilverstar M (by Chin Chin; 1.35m SJ) as well as Wiveau M (by Niveau), winner of the Nations Cup in Calgary, Canada, with Alain Jufer/SUI. Barones' daughter Watch Me v/d Wolfsakker (by Toledo van 't Riethof) also produced a stallion, Never Lose (by Lector van den Bischhop; 1.35m SJ). 

His great-grand-sire Nimmerdor is one of the greats of his breed, was awarded the title of preferent in the Netherlands, and was even named Stallion of the Century in 1999. Successful in sport with Albert Voorn/NED, he established his own stallion line through his sons, such as Ahorn, Goodtimes, and Heartbreaker.

His great-grand-dam Passé produced, when bred to Nimmerdor, the licensed stallion Isotop, and other daughters who also produced stallions. Keur, pref, prest Diadeem produced the two licensed full brothers Lancelot (1.60m SJ) and Montevideo (both by Voltaire, 1.35m SJ) and Rochester (by Calvin Z; 1.60m SJ). Pref, prest, ster Fortuna was the dam of the licensed stallion Boticceli (by Voltaire; 1.50m SJ). And pref, prest, ster Juweel produced Socrates (by Calvados), two-time team silver medalist at the Junior European Championships with the young Martina Meroni/SUI.
